How to prepare

Leave the soft dough in a warm place for 45 minutes.

Method of preparation


1. Put the yeast, flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. Mix them well until they are an even mixture.
2. We put the vanilla, milk, eggs and butter on the previous mixture. Mix the mixture until a cohesive dough is formed. Cover the dough with cling film and set it aside for a while.
4. Heat the oil in a large pan. Form the dough into circles and put it in the pan to fry and turn golden.
5. We drain it from the oil and put it on a plate with paper towels.
6. Sprinkle the donuts with sugar on all sides.
7. Put the chocolate Nutella in a confectioner's bag and stuff it into the donut through a small hole until it is filled.

to make the dough:
300g of all-purpose flour.
Half a cup of warm water.
One teaspoon of lemon zest.
Half a teaspoon of vanilla.
1 teaspoon of instant yeast.
4 egg yolks.
A third of a cup of sugar.
Small spoon of salt.
4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, 20°C.
A quarter cup of liquid cream.

For the cheese filling:
250 grams of cream cheese, temperature of 20 degrees.
A quarter cup of liquid cream.
A quarter cup of powdered sugar.
5 grams of vanilla.

To cover:
140 grams of sugar.
Two tablespoons of cinnamon.
Two tablespoons of melted unsalted unsalted butter.
Six tablespoons of raspberry jam to decorate the donut.

How to prepare a donut stuffed with cheese


1. In a large bowl, mix the water, lemon zest, vanilla, yeast, eggs and sugar, then gradually add the flour and salt while whisking with an electric mixer.
2. Add the butter and cream and beat on medium speed for 6 to 8 minutes, until the dough becomes sticky and smooth.
3. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover and leave at room temperature for an hour to an hour and a half to rise and double in size.
4. While the dough is rising, bring the cheese filling and whisk the cream cheese, cream, sugar and vanilla until the mixture becomes fluffy and light.
5. Sprinkle the flour on a smooth surface, then use a rolling pin to flatten the dough, then use a circular biscuit cutter to cut it into six circles.
6. Put the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, cover and let the cakes rest for 30 minutes, until they double in size.
7. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cakes for ten minutes or until golden brown.
8. Let the cakes cool for two minutes, then mix the sugar and cinnamon to decorate the face.
9. Brush the donuts with melted butter and dip them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
10. Put the filling in a pastry bag with a thin funnel on the end, then insert the funnel into one side of the donut, fill it with the cheese filling, and repeat for the rest of the donut.
