Poppy kebab ingredients

1 kg lean lean lamb, slightly coarsely minced

2 hot green peppers, finely chopped

1 red pepper, finely chopped

25g garlic, crushed

8 pcs tomatoes, quartered

¼ bunch parsley, finely chopped

2 small onions, cut in half

¼ teaspoon Aleppo red pepper

How to prepare kebab poppy


Finely chop the parsley, wash it well, and put it in a colander

Cut the onions into very thin juliennes, rub with sumac, then chop the tomatoes

Mix all ingredients with parsley and season with salt

Cut the tomatoes into quarters and shape them on skewers and grill on charcoal until they are cooked and take the taste of grilling

Peel it, then mash it with a fork in a bowl and season with a little flour and a pinch of salt
Season the kebabs with salt, Dakka seasoning, red pepper, garlic, parsley, green and red peppers, and put the kebabs on grill skewers.
