If you are bored of buying chicken broth or are afraid of the way it is made, we are here to teach you how you can make chicken broth at home at the lowest cost

Chicken broth ingredients

2 cups thick chicken broth.
A tablespoon of onion powder.
Half a tablespoon of garlic powder.
A teaspoon of black pepper.
One teaspoon (cardamom + bay leaf + cloves), all finely ground.
Quarter of a teaspoon of curry.
Half a tablespoon of flour.
A tablespoon of vegetable oil.

How to make chicken broth


🌺 Heat a tablespoon of oil on the stove, in a deep saucepan.
🌺 We add flour to the oil with all the ground spices, and stir with a wooden spoon, until it becomes a smooth mixture (semi-first stage in making bechamel).
🌺 Gradually pour the thick broth, stirring constantly, so that no lumps form, until all the broth is used up.
We leave it on the fire until it thickens and the quantity is reduced to less than half.

🌺 Leave it to cool and pour it into ice molds, and leave it until it hardens in the freezer.

🌺 When we need them, we take them out of the freezer, and leave them for a little while.. and use the appropriate number of cubes for the amount of liquid used in your food.

🌺 This quantity gives about 12 cubes, each cube flavors about a liquid liter.
