Cinnabon: How Cinnabon works

Cinnamon dough ingredients
Yeast: two and a half teaspoons
Milk: 1 cup (warm)
Sugar: a third of a cup
Butter: half a cup
Eggs: 2 tablets
Salt: a teaspoon
Flour: 4 cups
Cinnabon Filling Ingredients
Butter: a third of a cup
brown sugar: a cup
Cinnamon: 2 tablespoons (ground)
To decorate a cinnabon
To decorate and color my Cinnabon fairy, bring:
6 pieces of Kiri cheese or any cup cheese
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk, vanilla
3 spoons of milk
How to prepare Cinnabon
To prepare the Cinnabon, do the following:
Mix the yeast with warm milk in a bowl, add two tablespoons of sugar and leave the mixture for minutes.
Add to the yeast mixture the sugar, butter, salt, eggs and flour and knead by hand or with a stand mixer until a non-sticky dough is formed.
Make a large ball of dough, cover and leave for an hour, until fermented and doubled in size.
Sprinkle a little flour on the surface of the kitchen and spread the dough to a thickness of ¼ inch.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
To prepare the filling: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Spread the butter over the rolled out dough, then spread the sugar and cinnamon mixture over it.
Carefully roll the dough into a roll.
Cut the dough with a sharp knife into circles about an inch thick.
Grease an oven tray with butter, put the rolled dough in it, and put it in the prepared oven for minutes, until it becomes golden in color.
For decoration: mix the cheese with condensed milk, vanilla and liquid milk to get a thick creamy texture

12. Remove the rolls from the tray and leave to cool for 5 minutes, then spread the decorating mixture on the face and serve warm.
