Oven Cauliflower Ingredients:


flower (cauliflower) large head

Boiled water, a large amount (in a large pot)

2 tablespoons white vinegar

tablespoon salt

4 or 5 large tomatoes, finely chopped

large onion, finely chopped

tablespoon of ghee

tablespoon vegetable oil

tablespoon crushed garlic

Salt and black pepper to taste

teaspoon red pepper

A teaspoon of mixed spices or seven spices

3 tablespoons of pomegranate molasses

Mozzarella Cheese


How to prepare shawarma sandwich



How to prepare cauliflower in the oven:

Cut the head of the flower into medium-sized pieces and wash them well

In a large pot, bring water to a boil, then put two tablespoons of vinegar and a tablespoon of salt in it, then put the flower in the boiling water and leave it to settle.

(it takes about 20 minutes to make sure it is level with a knife)


Turn off the gas and drain the water and set it aside


To make tomato sauce...

Put a tablespoon of fat and oil in a saucepan, then add the onions and stir

Then put the tomatoes, stir well with the onions, then cover the pot for 5 minutes

Then add the crushed garlic, spices and pomegranate molasses


We stir well, then turn off the gas


Tomato sauce is ready


Put the flower pieces on an oven tray or Pyrex tray, then add the tomato sauce on top

Finally, put mozzarella cheese on top

We put it in the oven on the middle rack and turn it on from the bottom at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes


Then we run from the top to make the face red
