Liver Ingredients with Garlic and Vinegar
½ kilo (500 g) liver, sliced
¼ cup (60 ml) oil
¼ cup (60 ml) vinegar
2 tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice
2 hot peppers, sliced
2 teaspoons (10 g) minced garlic
1 teaspoon (5 g) cumin
½ teaspoon (2.5 g)
Ground ginger, salt and black pepper.
How to prepare liver with garlic and vinegar.
In a large bowl, add the liver, vinegar, lemon juice, cumin, ginger, salt and black pepper.
