Alexandrian liver
the components:
½ kilo liver
3 lemons
Vinegar, salt, cumin, hot pepper, green pepper, "regular or hot, according to taste".
6 large garlic cloves.
¼ cup of oil
How to prepare Alexandrian liver:
Rinse the liver with plain water, then put it in a colander with the bottom of a bowl, sprinkle with two lemons and leave for a few minutes until it drains well.
Put the oil in a pot on the stove.
Then add the liver after cutting it into cubes.
Stir it for a few seconds, then add all the ingredients, chopped pepper, one and a half tablespoons of vinegar and garlic, and leave it on the fire until the ingredients are absorbed, then serve it with French fries or with pasta.
